Terminal 4 - Postcode: TW6 3XA (Height Restriction 2M) - Follow the signs for Terminal 4 Short Stay. Drive up the ramp and follow the sign for Passenger Pick Up Short Stay Car Park 4. Do not go to Drop-Off (lanes to the left of the car park entrance) as there are additional fees to enter this area which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow. Use any of the 2 barriers to your right, keep right and take a ticket from the Ticket Barrier (please hand this to our Chauffeur), and drive down the ramp to Level 2, following signs for OffAirport Parking. Park in Rows E or F where you will be met by a TERMINALS PARKING Chauffeur to collect your car. Terminal 5 - Postcode TW6 2GA (Height Restriction 2.1M) - Follow the signs for Terminal 5 Short Stay. As you go up the ramp, stay in the right-hand lane, and you will see a sign for Short Stay Passenger Pick Up. Do not go to Drop-Off as there are additional fees to enter this area which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow. Follow Passenger Pick Up Short Stay Avis Budget Return T5 signs (this takes you to Level 4). After the height restriction barrier, stay in the left lane for Short Stay Level 4, and you’ll then see a sign after this for Off-Airport Parking. Keep left and take a ticket from the Ticket Barrier (please hand this to our Chauffeur). You’ll enter the short stay car park on Level 4 at this point. Proceed to Rows R or S, where you will be met by a TERMINALS PARKING Chauffeur to collect your car.
